Join the Delta Life Development Center Inc, for its 50/50 Raffle Fundraiser sale starting April 1, 2025 , 7 P.M. EST. Participants will be able to purchase their 50/50 raffle tickets online at www.dldclou.org/events.html , at a cost of $12.00 each until August 11, 2025, 11:59 P. M. EST. Tickets may be purchased using any of the following methods:
On the website using your Credit/ Debit card ( MasterCard, Visa, etc.).
OR
Checks may be made payable and mailed to:

Please include your name, e-mail address, and telephone number. Checks must be received by August 4, 2025, 11:59 P. M. EST.

If you would prefer to make a monetary, tax- deductible donation to DLDC, Inc. rather than purchase a 50/50 raffle ticket (s), you may do so by using any of the above methods. Each 50/50 raffle ticket costs $12.00.
Please specify that you are donating and not making a purchase.
50/50 RAFFLE FAQS
• You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase the 50/50 raffle ticket(s).
• If you are a winner, you will be contacted at the e-mail address and telephone number you provided when you purchased your ticket (s). You will be contacted by the Chairperson of the Delta Life Development Center, Inc.
• You may purchase as many tickets as you desire. The winner of the 50/50 raffle will receive 50% of the total money collected for the raffle. The drawing will take place on August 16, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. EST. Zoom login details will be sent to the email address you provided during your purchase. For regular updates, please visit our website at www.dldclou.org/events.html.
• The winning ticket will be drawn from a physical receptacle at DLDC, 1704 West Chestnut Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40203, at 7 P.M. EST.
Sponsorships
We invite you to become a Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum Sponsor for our virtual 50/50 event. Each level of sponsorship will entitle you to recognition on DLDC's website. The following cost of sponsorships are:
• Participation in the 50/50 raffle fundraiser constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these rules, which are final on all matters relating to the 50/50 raffle.
• DLDC, Inc. will not be responsible for interruption of internet connection during the game process or any schedule conflicts.
• All proceeds benefit the Delta Life Development Center, Inc., a 501(c)3 organization. No refunds will be provided.
